Star Wars: Underworld (and why we won’t see it any time soon)

I am more eager to see this happen rather than the 3D conversion of the Star Wars movies.

I had written about the Star Wars TV series project way back in 2008 (how young we all were back then) and its probable use of Boba Fett (see here). Lucas has stated that the program would explore a seedier, darker side of the Star Wars universe as the Empire extends its reach. Fans were anxious for more… but nothing ever really materialized.

Now, we have a working title from Rick McCallum and… not much else.
